Bay Ridge Swim Team

Basic information:

Locations:  Bronze at Bay Ridge on 7/23, Silver at Davidsonville on 7/26, Gold at Hunt Meadow on 7/27

1. Please think long and hard about attending the meets. We pay for each individual entry. It will not be acceptable to email me the night before the meet and say "we don't feel like swimming today". If there is some sort of emergency, that is completely understandable, but make your decision with care.
2. Your child must have swam in two meets in order to swim in a championship. They don't need to have swum an event twice but have to swim in two meets.
3. There will be volunteer positions at the meet. It will be a team effort. Please be prepared to step up. 
4. If you have qualified for more than one championship meet, you may choose which meet your child is "attending" but can only swim those events that fit into that meet's time standards. (For example, if you have Silver and Gold times, and you're planning to swim at the Silver, you cannot swim those events for which you have Gold times.) Each child can swim no more than three events at your chosen meet.

Entry procedure:

1. Log on to your Swimtopia account.  
2. Go to Schedule, click "Calendar", and click on "Bronze", "Silver", or "Gold".  Look to see which meet your children have qualified for by clicking on each meet. Pick which meet you and your family will attend.  Select the events that your child would like to swim.  They are allowed to swim 3 events total.
3. If you have decided not to attend the championship meets, please select "not attending" to let me know. 
4. Select events your kid is swimming.  Swimmers can only swim three events in the championship meet.  
5. Email Megan if you have questions.

ENTRIES ARE DUE BY SUNDAY, JULY 20th AT 8AM.  NO EXCEPTIONS.
