Good afternoon, 

Attached are the entries for this weekend's meet at Hillsmere.  They are also available on swimtopia.  Please email me by 2pm tomorrow if there are any issues.  We have received word from our league that the swimtopia app is not converting times correctly.  We are swimming in a yard pool this weekend, and we have swum in meter pools thus far.  On the tech end, everything is converting correctly and will be fine for the meet.  

A few notes about this weekend's meet:

• The location of the pool is 100 Phipps Lane, Annapolis 21403.  Please be at the pool at 7:30am.  
• Please utilize the field behind their pool, off Great Lake Dr., for parking. There will be parking attendants to help guide you as you approach, and signs to follow as well.  Do not park on the street unless directed by the parking staff.  
• The host team has asked us to bring your own chairs and tents (I'm assuming it will be like Davidsonville and there will be no pool chairs available).  We will be seated near the baby pool.  

Finally, tomorrow morning one of our senior swimmers, Connor Cashman, will enter the Naval Academy on I-Day as a plebe.  A tradition on our team is to do a special send-off for our Marlins who are entering USNA.  We will be meeting at the top of the neighborhood by the Bay Ridge signs to wave and cheer him on as he leaves our neighborhood.  I will end the first practice early and have asked the older swimmers to ride bikes with me to the signs.  Younger swimmers (and parents) are welcome to join us at 7:50am.  Wear your best Navy gear!!  A coach will remain at the pool to get the second practice started for people who go there, but if you are able, please spend a few minutes with us before starting the 8am practice.  Thank you--I know this will mean a lot to Connor and his family who have supported our team for over a decade.
