What a great Bay Ridge weekend!  It was such a pleasure to watch your children compete at Hillsmere on Saturday and then watch them crush in the Kids' Triathlon!  There are so few people in this world who can say they've finished a triathlon--an open water triathlon.  It was so awesome!

Hillsmere results:  Attached are the results from the meet against Hillsmere.  Please let me know if you have any questions.  While it might be a few weeks away, start thinking about championship meets.  The Bronze meet is at Walden (7/19), the Silver meet is at Hillsmere (7/22), and the Gold meet is at home (7/23)!  There isn't an easy way in Swimtopia to send out a report that says what meet everyone is qualified for.  I *believe* you are able to look at each meet in the swimtopia app whether or not you can register your child in that meet.  For example, if your kiddo has qualified for silver, you are able to enter Silver events, but not in Gold or Bronze.  Look for a more comprehensive email in the next few weeks on the registration process.  For now, be aware of dates and locations.  

Calendar updates:  We will have one practice for all at 7:30am tomorrow (7/4).  If you're making your floating or decorating your bike--have a great time!  We'll do some fun relays, so skip it if that makes your life easier!  We will not have practice on July 5th.  Enjoy the holiday!  Mark your calendars for a special event next Tuesday, July 11th!  We have a large group of seniors who are graduating this year, and we are doing something different to honor them.  More details later this week, but you can RSVP in swimtopia today.  

Meet updates:  Please indicate your availability for next WEDNESDAY's evening home meet against Chase Creek as well as for Saturday, 7/15.  Two meets in 4 days means a quick turn-around entry wise so make it easy on me and RSVP now!
