The time has come.....

Hello Marlins!

Happy Fall! I hope you all are off to a great school year and already dreaming about next summer! I am writing to share that my time as Parent Volunteer for the Marlins is coming to an end. I have a senior who will be off to college next summer and unfortunately, I am not able to give as much time throughout this year as I have in the past. My commitment to this team over the past 10 years has been so incredibly rewarding and has lead two of my kids to swim competitively year round. I love this sport and the life skills that accompany being part of this team. I will still be around! I will still be available for all the help that may come with transition! I have broken down the responsibilities and hoping we have some parents eager to get involved behind the scenes! Here is what we will need moving forward in order to continue the success of our beloved Marlins:

** Senior night is another responsibility as well...

Having four parents working together and being able to bounce ideas off each other will be great! Please email me if you are interested in being a bigger part of the Bay Ridge Marlins and what role you would like to take on! I look forward to working with you all and helping in any way I can but my time has come and we have the best community of parents who will step up and keep our team running!!!

All the best,

Erin Jaeger
