Good afternoon, 

Attached is the meet program for tomorrow's meet against Hillsmere.  At this point, entries are locked in and not changes are allowed.  Our warm ups are at 7:25, so please be there by 7:15am.  The meet starts at 8am.  We will sit near the baby pool.  Download the swimtopia app for info on your swimmers' heat and lane as well as their results.  

Here is some information about tomorrow:

Parking:  Parking will take place in the field at the pool on a first come, first served basis. Please follow the instructions of our parking attendants. Parking in the lot is only permitted for coaches and those displaying handicap placards. Once the field is full, please park on the POOL SIDE ONLY of Harbor Drive. Please parallel park only. No “nose in” parking is allowed. Do not block the footbridge, driveways, or mailboxes. NO PARKING IS ALLOWED FOR ANY REASON ON PHIPPS LANE. Please be aware of our neighbors landscaping. Additional overflow parking is available at Key School, or along Carroll Drive by Key School. Any improperly parked vehicles are eligible for towing. 

Timing:  Hillsmere uses a dolphin system for timing so the watches are connected wirelessly to the computer.  Thus, they ask that both 1st and second half timers attend the timers' meeting at 7:45am near the baby pool.

Volunteers:  We are currently in need of 8 volunteers.  Sign up on swimtopia tonight so that you don't get hounded early in the morning before you've had your coffee.  12&under parents--I'm looking at you!  Our team is significantly smaller than years' past (by about 20%), thus our pool of volunteers is smaller.  So we need everyone to step up to the plate!  You must volunteer at three meets to be eligible for a championship meet.  So get one of those meets done tomorrow!

RSVP:  While you're on the swimtopia app, RSVP for next Wednesday's meet against Davidsonville.  The entries are on a quick turn around for me, so help me reduce the number of emails I need to send out by responding today!!
