Good morning!

Attached are the results for yesterday's meet against Severn River Swim Club.  We were able to get the meet in with little rain!  Great swims all around.  Lots of information to go over this week.  

We have a mid-week evening meet on Wednesday against Admiral Heights.  Please take a moment and double check your RSVP as well as your volunteer positions.  It is going to be a hot one!  Bring plenty of water; tents are welcome and encouraged.  Our theme for this week will be "Stars & Stripes"!  Wear your red, white, and blue.  Our warm-ups begin at 4:30pm.  

For practices this week, we will have normal practice times on Wednesday and Thursday.  No practice on Friday so the coaches can have a holiday!  

All Bay Ridge Swim Team members are invited to participate in the 20th Annual Bay Ridge Triathlon on July 12th.  This is a fabulous community event where you swim in the Bay, bike on the streets of the neighborhood, then a short run!  There is also the fun run for our community kiddos who are not old enough.  Use this link to sign up!  There is always a need for volunteers to help keep everyone safe.
